摘要
PFF65-140型平板闸阀在140MPa超高压力作用下,阀板和阀座表面的硬质合金层经常发生爆裂失效。通过受力分析,原密封结构的比压大于标准值,阀板存在应力集中区,阀座基体的变形大,这些因素是导致其硬质合金层失效的原因。改进了阀板和阀座的结构,使其受力合理;并控制阀座、阀体阀座孔的装配间隙小于0.2mm。经过改进后,该阀的加工工艺简单、制造成本低、强度高、密封可靠,能够满足140MPa井口装置的使用要求。
When PFF65-140 gate valve is at 140 MPa ultra-high pressure,its valve plate and seat carbide layer surface frequently burst failure.Through stress analysis,larger specific pressure of previous seal structure than the standard one,the presence of the valve plate stress concentration area,and large deformation seat matrix are the factors that cause its failure carbide layer.The structure of the valve plate and seat is improved,it is made reasonable force.The assembly clear-ance of control valve and its valve seat hole is less than 0 .2 mm.After improvement,the valve is a simple process,low manufacturing cost,high strength,reliable sealing,and meet the requirements of the140 MPa wellhead equipment.
