摘要
用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪和自制的机械能助渗装置 ,研究了机械能助渗锰剂、工艺及渗锰层组织、结构。将渗锰温度由常规化学热处理的 10 0 0℃降低到 30 0℃。在 30 0℃× 1h扩渗可得到 10~ 2 0 μm渗锰层。机械能助渗锰层是黑白相间的表面层和黑色带两部分组成 ,表面层是α Fe加 β FeMn4 或屈氏体与β FeMn4
The mechanical energy aided manganizing process and applicable agent are studied by using the equipment made by ourselves,the structures and phases of the manganized layer also are studied by SEM and X ray The manganizing temperature is decreased from 1000℃ to 300℃,10~20μm thickness manganized layer can be obtained by heating 1h at 300℃ The layer consists of two sublayers,outer sublayer consists of α Fe and β FeMn 4 or Troostite and β FeMn 4
