摘要
本文提出了一种思路简单清晰的空间圆形拟合方法,在对数据进行空间平面拟合的基础上,得出其在该平面的投影点坐标,然后利用这些投影点与圆心的几何关系列误差方程,并且以圆心在平面上作为限制条件进行附有限制条件的间接平差,可以直接解出参数就是圆心坐标和半径,其中运用到迭代,对拟合精度也有提高。另外,此方法对圆形截面的平整度没有限制。最后结合某工程实例,证明了该方法的有效性。
A simple and direct method is put forward to fitting 3D circle. Projection point coordinates can be got after the fitting on a space plane, then error equations can be got using the geometric relationships in these projection points and the center of the circle. The indirect adjustment with restrictions can be used with the center in the plane as conditions. Parameters of circle center coordinates and radius can be directly obtained. The iteration is used in this method and the fitting accuracy can be also improved. In addition, this method is not limited by the flatness of 3D circular. Finally, by taking a real tunnel shield section as example, this method is proved to be practical.
