基于LPC1766的液压自动调压装置的实现

摘要 介绍了一种基于Cortex-M3系列ARM芯片LPC1766的液压自动调压装置,该装置适用于压力仪器仪表的检定校准,文中主要阐述了其工作原理、基本组成以及控制系统硬件和软件的实现。该装置根据外部输入的或上位机输入的压力数据,能够同步输出所需的压力。根据试验结果可以看出,该系统升压和降压过程都比较稳定,重复性较好,且达到目标压力所需时间短,输出压力稳定,该装置体积和重量较小,具备外部通信接口及外部目标压力输入,便于利用上机位和外部输入压力对压力进行控制。 An automatic pressure regulation device based on ARM chip LPC1766 in Cortex-M3 series is introduced,which could apply to the verification and calibration of pressure instrument test,then its main operated principles,the basic components and the hardware and software realization of the control system are illustrated.Basing on the pressure data of external or host computer inputs,,the device could simultaneously output the desired pressure.According to the test results,the system has the characteristic of the relatively stable step-up and step-down processes,good repeatability,the short required time to reach the target pressure and the stable output pressure.The device with small size and weight have a external communication interface and external target pressure input,which is easy to control the pressure by using host computer and external input pressure.
