摘要 采用快速磨损试验机进行耐磨性试验 ,并通过微区成分分析、图像分析、光学显微镜及扫描电镜分析探讨了Ni ,Mn对Al Si Cu Mg系合金组织及二体磨损条件下磨损失效机制的影响。在二体干摩擦条件下 ,Al Si Cu Mg系合金的磨损失效机制为犁削磨损和表层剥落磨损 ,添加合金元素Ni后 ,组织中出现Al34 Cu2 8Ni38化合物 ,磨损失效以表层剥落为主 ;添加合金元素Mn后 ,组织中又出现Al56Si4 Cu9Ni2 6Mn5化合物 ,磨损失效以犁削磨损为主。 Influence of Ni and Mn for Al Si Cu Mg series alloy on the microstructure and wear failure mechanism under twin body wear condition was studied through the wear resistance test by means of fast wear tester in connection with the micro constituent, the images, optical microscope and SEM analysis. The wear failure mechanism of Al Si Cu Mg series alloy is composed of the plough wear and the peeling of surface layer under twin body dry friction condition. Al 34 Cu 28 Ni 38 compound is formed in the microstructure of Al Si Cu Mg series alloy and the surface layer peeling is the main wear failure mechanism with alloying element Ni addition. Al 56 Si 4Cu 9Ni 26 Mn 5 compound is formed in the microstructure and the plough wear is the main wear failure with Mn and Ni addition.
