摘要
近年来,随着90后群体逐渐走进大学校门并逐渐成为大学生的主体,他们在给大学带来新活力的同时,其班级及其凝聚力建设也越来越得到人们的关注与重视。以90后学生思想行为特点为分析基础,分析他们在班级凝聚力建设上存在的问题,并紧扣班级党支部的影响作用,提出了切实可行的建议。
In recent years,as students after the 1990s enter the university and become the princi- pal part,they have brought new vitality to the university.At the same time,class cohesion con- struction among the 1990s has also drawn more and more attention.Based on the analysis of the 1990s＇ ideological and behavioral characteristics,it points out the problems existing in the construction of class cohesion and puts forward greatly feasible suggestions by means of sticking to the influential power of class Party Branch.
