基于安全心理学的煤炭院校入学教育优化研究

Study on Entrance Education Optimization Based on Safety Psychology in the Coal College

煤炭院校大一新生与其他高校新生同处于走向独立、规划职业的转折点,面临环境适应与未来发展的关键期,在入学之初就需要明晰煤炭类专业的潜在安全隐患及其职业素质要求。通过总结安全心理学的涵义、意义及入学教育优化瓶颈,分析煤炭院校入学教育优化基础,提出煤炭院校入学教育优化理念的构建:以安全心理为媒介,凸显院校专业特色;以企业文化为底蕴,熏陶积极心理品质;以学生就业为导向,提升职业岗位能力。并确立相应的优化策略:彰显行业特色的煤院办学亮点,建构立体交互的长效教育机制,激发积极健康的内在心理品质。

Compared with other college freshmen,coal college freshmen are at the turning point of independence and career planning,facing the critical period of environmental adaptation and future development.At the same time,the coal college freshmen should know the potential safety hazard and professional quality requirements.This paper analyzes the basis of entrance education optimization in the coal college by summing up the connotation and significance of safety psychology and the bottleneck of entrance education optimization.Then,it puts forward the optimization concept of entrance education and corresponding optimization strategies in the coal college.
