摘要
创业自我效能感是指对自己完成创业相关任务或行为能力的知觉,是解释大学生创业的原因、动力和过程的关键。高校创业教育要围绕创新、人际交往或管理、机会识别、风险管理这四种能力,从理论和实践两个方面有的放矢地进行。在创业教育的保障机制方面,高校要让创业教育主体参与课程设计,要建立大学生创业实践服务平台,要争取政府和社会的支持,要聘请社会人士担任创业指导教师。
Entrepreneurial self-efficacy refers to the awareness of relevant tasks or disposing ca- pacities of entrepreneurship,which is the key to explaining the reason,impetus and process of college students ' entrepreneurship.Entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities should be both theoretically and practically targeted,revolving around the cultivation of such four abilities as innovation,interpersonal interaction or management,opportunity identification and risk management.In terms of the safeguard mechanism of entrepreneurship education,col- leges and universities should invite the entrepreneurship subjects to participate in the curriculum design,establish college students' entrepreneurship practice service platform,strive for the sup- port of government and the society,and employ social personages to function as entrepreneur- ship instructors.
