摘要
探索创新教学模式是提高教育教学实效性的重要渠道。传统的教学模式已不适应"以人为本"的教育理念,单一的大班教学不利于提高教学的实效性,而新时期大学生的特点也需要更加灵活的教学组织形式,同时多媒体网络的兴起为推行特朗普制教学模式创造了条件。特朗普制教学模式是将班级教学、分组教学与个别教学的结合,是一种综合性的教学模式。在"中国近现代史纲要"课程中运用这一模式,能够在优势互补的理念下提高教育教学的实效性。
Innovation teaching mode is an important way to enhance teaching effect.Trump teaching mode is comprehensive,which is the combination of class teaching,group teaching and individual teaching.The application of this mode in the Outline of Modern and Contempo- rary History of China can improve the effectiveness of teaching under the concept of comple- mentary advantages.
