冷却空气分配对空冷凝汽器单排翅片管换热性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 针对1 000MW机组空冷凝汽器(ACC)所采用的单排翅片管,利用计算流体动力学(CFD)软件,对迎面风速不同分布方式下翅片管的流动换热特性进行数值模拟,对比分析不同迎面风速分布对单排翅片管空气侧换热系数的影响。分析结果表明:采用迎面风速沿蒸汽流动方向逐渐降低的分布方式,可以提高翅片管的换热系数,有利于翅片管换热;呈抛物线分布的迎面风速优于直线分布的迎面风速。 Against singlerow finned tubes used in 1 000 MW aircooled condensers (ACC),the flow and heat transfer performance of finned tubes was calculated by computational fluid dynam ics (CFD) software under different head wind velocity distribution conditions. The effect of head wind velocity distribution on heat transfer coefficient at air side of the singlerow finned tube was analyzed. The results show that, the distribution of head wind velocity decreased along the vapor flow direction can enhance the heat transfer coefficient of finned tubes, and it was beneficial to heat transfer. The parabolic distribution was superior to the linear distribution.
