玉米秸秆热解特性的实验研究及动力学分析 被引量:9

摘要 采用TA-Q500型热重分析仪,在升温速率分别为20、40、80、100℃/min的条件下对玉米秸秆进行了热解实验,研究其热解特性,并分别应用Popescu法、Flynn-WallOzawa(FWO)法和Kissinger-Akahira-Sunose(KAS)法求解了热解反应动力学的最概然机理函数、活化能与指前因子。结果表明:反Jander方程三维扩散机理为理想的最概然机理函数;随着升温速率的增加,样品失重曲线向高温侧移动,初始热解温度、失重高峰温度及终止温度均有所升高,热解反应活化能也呈逐渐增加趋势。 To study the pyrolysis characteristics of corn stalk and determine the reaction kinetic pa rameters,experiments were conducted on a thermogravimetric analyzer at four heating rates of 20 ℃/rain, 40 ℃/rain, 80 ℃/min and 100 ℃/rain, respectively. Three methods of Popescu, FWO and KAS were applied to obtain the most probable mechanism function,activation energy and pre exponential factor. The kinetic analysis shows that the antiJander equation is the best most prob able mechanism function and the activation energy has an increasing trend with the heating rate. The experimental results show that, TG curves of the corn stalk move to high temperature zone with the increasing heating rate, meanwhile, the initial and final temperature of the pyrolysis process and the peak temperature of weightlessness also increases.
