摘要
针对目前国内众多燃煤电厂脱硫烟囱防腐效果不佳的问题,研制出双马来酰亚胺(BMI)复合材料。该材料采用改型BMI树脂与碳纤维氟橡胶增强相融合技术,具有高强度、高韧性及耐高温、抗热冲击的性能;同时采用纳米片状填料插层复合技术,形成高屏蔽阻隔效果,可以满足火电厂烟气脱硫烟囱的防腐需要。
According to the poor anti-corrosion effect of FGD chimney in most domestic coal-fired power stations in recent years,the bismaleimides (BMI) composite material has been developed, which has high strengthen,well toughness and good thermal-shock resistance. Besides the fusion technology of improved BMI resin and carbon fiber fluorine rubber, the BMI material also applies the nano plate-like filling intercalation compounding technology, which forms high shielding and obstructing property. Therefore,this BMI material can fully satisfy the needs of domestic chimney anti-corrosion.
