摘要
某电厂锅炉补给水阴双室固定床出水硬度超标。通过现场数据分析发现,原因为阳床在反复试投运的过程中,已经深度失效,导致阳床出水带有硬度,再进入强碱树脂层时,硬度产生沉淀,并沉积在阴床内,在投运阴床时硬度缓慢释放。通过酸碱浸泡的方法对阴树脂进行复苏,复苏后的阴床出水水质合格。
The effluent from fixed double chamber anion bed in a power plant has high level hard ness, which has overstandard. The reasons like raw water leaking into the anion bed, alkali being polluted and cation resin leaking into the anion bed were excluded. The field test data show the deep failure of cation bed during its repetitive commissioning is the actual cause. Then when the water from the cation bed flows into the alkaline resin layer, the hardness will deposit on the ani on bed and slowly release when the anion bed runs. Thus, the acid and alkali immersion methods were employed to regenerate the anion resin. After that, the effluent from fixed double chamber anion bed met all standard requirements.
