远程水力吹灰器在大型燃煤电站锅炉中的应用

介绍了远程水力吹灰器的基本原理和特点,总结了远程水力吹灰器在我国大型燃煤电站锅炉上的应用情况,认为其布置灵活,系统简单,吹灰区域能够完全覆盖结焦部位,除焦效果好,调整方便,除灰效率高,可以根据实际结焦部位和程度调整吹灰曲线和吹灰强度(包括时间、流量、压力),投运时对锅炉燃烧和汽水系统影响较小,可有效控制水冷壁裂纹现象。将远程水力吹灰器布置在锅炉燃烧器区,并与常规蒸汽吹灰器联合使用,可有效防治我国低灰熔点煤种锅炉结焦,是防治的主要手段之一。

The basic principle and characteristics of the remote hydraulic sootblowers were presen ted and their application in largescale coalfired boilers in China was also summarized. On the whole,this kind of sootblower has good layout flexibility,and its simple soot blowing area can to tally cover the slagging regions. Besides, it also has well coke removal effect and regulation per formance as well as high soot blowing efficiency. It can adjust the soot blowing curves and intensi ty （including time,flow rate and pressure） according to the actual slagging location and degree. Finally,running of this sootblower has little effect on the boiler combustion system and steam water systems ,which can control the crack on water wall tubes effectively. Therefore, combining with the conventional steam sootblower, applying this remote hydraulic sootblower around the burner area can be considered as one of the major means to prevent slagging in boilers firing low ashfusion temperature coals in china.
