教练员领导行为与运动员自我效能关系的研究——以广西高校41支业余排球队为例

Research On The Relationship Between Leadership Behaviour And Self- Efficacy——Taking 41 Amateur Volleyball Teams Of Guangxi Colleges As Example

采用LSS和GSES量表对参加2010年广西大学生排球联赛的教练员和运动员进行纸笔式问卷调查,以了解广西高校业余排球队教练员的领导行为和运动员自我效能的现状,探讨不同特征的教练员领导行为与不同特征的运动员自我效能的关系,为提高基层业余队的训练效率提供参考依据。

By using LSS and GSES measurement form, this paper carries on a questionnaire research on the coaches and players who participate in the Guangxi College Students Volleyball League in 2010, and analyses the current situation of coaches＇ leadership behavior and players＇ self- efficacy in amateur volleyball teams of Guangxi colleges, exploring the relationship between different characteristics of the caches＇ leadership behav- ior and different characteristics of player＇s self-efficacy, to provide reference for improving the training effi- ciency of amateur teams.
