People oriented in ideological and political work is about philosophy ontological idea. It is valuable, thought mode and methodology as well. To develop ideological and political work deeply would promote ideo- logical and political work of athlete in theory and practice, and create a new phase for the combination of sports and education. It concerns for athletics development, construction of school and integrated development of athlete. It is thought that knowing students sufficiently is precondition, respecting students is base, under- standing students is key, caring for students is cut - in, helping students is stay of ideological and political work.
