摘要
介绍自行研制的透射式数字化炉管超声自动检测系统及检测结果 ,并对超声探头的入射角选取和炉管的分级进行了探讨。现场检测结果表明 ,该系统能对化工炉管进行高效、可靠的在线检测。
A digital automatic ultrasonic testing system developed for stove tubes of petrochemistry was introduced including the choice of the angle of a transducer and the grading of tubes. The testing results of petrochemical factory showed that the system could be used for online testing reliably and efficiently.
