关于我国校企合作教育的实证研究——以畜牧兽医专业为例

Empirical Research on University-enterprise Cooperative Education in China ——The Major of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine as an Example

校企合作是推动高等教育改革、强化教育实践育人的重要举措。我国畜牧兽医专业学科性、实践性强,技能要求高,校企合作发展快,就业率高,这与我国"就业难、难就业"现象形成鲜明对比。为探讨校企合作的长效发展机制,采用"世界咖啡"的讨论模式,展开"头脑风暴",分析了该专业27所高校49位教师的立论和观点,总结并归纳出促进"企业的教育责任"、"改善二次就业"、"校企的长效性"的有效因素。

University-enterprise cooperative education makes a huge contribution to higher education development in China.This research,taking the major of animal husbandry and veterinary medicine for example,discusses three topics of the enterprise＇s responsibility in education,the improvement in re-employment and the longevity of university- enterprise cooperation.It also analyzes the viewpoints of 49 teachers from 27 agricultural universities and colleges, and concludes the effective ideas and suggestions for improving university-enterprise cooperation.
