高等学校分代码招生的SWOT分析——以大理学院2013年招生为例

SWOT Analysis on Student Enrollment by University Code ——A Case Study on Dali University

高等教育的持续扩招,加速了高等教育大众化进程,考生读大学的难度相对降低。然而,随着就业压力的不断增大,考生对院校、对专业的选择愈发谨慎。继北京大学、上海交通大学、电子科技大学实行分代码招生后,2013年大理学院也开始实施医学类和非医学类专业分代码招生。通过采用SWOT分析的方法对大理学院2013年分代码招生情况进行分析,比较全面客观地剖析高校实行分代码招生的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁,进而对提高高校分代码招生的有效性提出一些建议。

With the continuous expansion of enrollment to colleges and universities,it has become less difficult for the examinee to enter the college or university.However,with increasing employment pressure,examinees are more and more cautious when selecting colleges and universities as well as majors.Since Peking University,Shanghai Jiaotong University,University of Electronic Science and Technology implemented the enrollment by code,Dali University based on years of experience in admission in 2013 began implementing medical and non-medical professional enrollment by university code.The SWOT analysis is adopted to offer a more comprehensive and objective analysis of the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of student enrollment by university code,and some suggestions are put forward to improve the effectiveness of enrollment by university code.
