摘要
从工程教育的目的及产业发展对工程技术人才的要求入手,反思现行工程教育的缺失,结合学校办学历程和服务面向,为提高工程人才培养质量,满足经济社会发展对卓越工程人才的需求,通过实施以产业行业需求为导向的卓越工程师教育培养计划,加强校企协同。搭建工程实践教育平台,实施"企业项目制和双导师制"毕业设计模式,建立"双师型"师资队伍等举措探索卓越工程人才的培养。
This paper focuses on the purpose of engineering education and the requirements of industrial development for technical engineering talents.It reflects on a deficiency of current engineering education,combining school operating course and service orientation,in order to improve the quality of engineering talents training and meet the demands of economic and social development for excellent engineering talents.It explores how to train excellent engineering talents through implementing the industry-demand-oriented excellent engineers＇ education training plan,strengthening school-enterprise collaboration,building engineering practice education platforms,adopting the graduation design mode of＂enterprise project system and double tutorial system.＂The proposal establishes a teacher-engineer teaching staff.
