提升能源与动力工程专业生产实习效果的研究

Study of the Enhancement of Production Practice Effect on Energy and Power Engineering Major

生产实习在能源与动力工程专业学生的学习过程中起到很重要的作用,但是目前的实习方式、方法存在一些问题和弊端,需要我们考虑如何才能更好地提升能源与动力工程专业生产实习的效果。通过分析生产实习安排及实施过程中存在的问题,如实习单位联系存在困难、实习过程流于形式化、年轻带队教师缺乏经验、实习时间不适宜等方面,提出了几点提升生产实习效果的方法,如充分利用电厂仿真系统、注意榜样效应在学生实习中的作用、增加提问面试等环节、带队教师深入一线为自己充电等方法。

Production practice plays an important role in the learning of students majoring in energy and power engineering.However there are many problems and disadvantages existing in the present practice mode.How to enhance the production practice effect of energy and power engineering majors should be considered.Through analysis of such problems existing in practice arrangement and implementation as difficulty in contacting practice institutions or enterprises, formalism in practice,guidance teachers＇ lack of experience and improper time arrangement for practice,some methods for improving the effect of production practice are presented.The methods include making full use of the analogue system of the power plant,stressing the role model effect in practice,adding questioning interview to practice,supervisors stepping into the production line to enrich their knowledge,etc.
