地方新建本科院校应用型人才培养之路——以钦州学院涉海学科专业群构建为例

Exploration of Applied Talents Cultivation for Newly-built Local Undergraduate Universities ——With the Construction of Marine-related Discipline Group in Qinzhou University as an Example

"培养什么样的人"和"如何培养人"等问题,是每一所高校尤其是地方新建本科院校必须认真思考的战略问题。钦州学院在升本转型发展过程中,努力打造"海洋性"的办学特色。通过更新观念、科学规划、整合资源、产教融合、建章立制等方式的改革与实践,形成了具有地方特色的涉海学科专业群建设理论,填补了广西海洋学科专业的历史空白,形成了涉海学科专业群构建的保障机制,提高了学科专业建设水平和科研能力,探索出了一条符合地方发展需要和本校实际的应用型人才培养之路。

＂What kind of talents to cultivate＂and ＂how to cultivate talents＂are two strategic issues that each newly- built local undergraduate university must consider.Qinzhou University is in the transition process of development striving to forge marine characteristics.By means of concept renewal,scientific planning,integration of resources,integration of production and education,establishment of rules and regulations,Qinzhou University has formed the theory of marine-related discipline group construction with local characteristics,filled the absence of marine discipline in the history of Guangxi,established guarantee mechanism of marine discipline group construction.The university improved the standard of discipline construction and the competence of scientific research,and explored a path of applied talents cultivation which meets the demands of local development and the reality of the university.
