摘要
国内首台设计压力3.0MPa、容积达1 500m3的高压大型氮气球罐采用应力分析进行设计,结构模式选取三带八支柱混合式,这样缩短了球罐本体的焊缝长度;选用宝钢生产的07MnCrMoVR调质钢作为球壳本体材料,设计壁厚为48mm,与通常采用的16MnR相比,既减小了壳体壁厚、焊缝厚度,又节约了制造和安装成本。
Based on the stress analysis,a high-pressure spherical tank boasting of a 48mm wall thickness and a 1500m3capacity for nitrogen gas was developed at home. Its three-zone and eight-pillar structure can shorten weld length of the spherical shell made of 07MnCrMoVR quenched and tempered steel. Compared to 16MnR, this design can greatly reduce both shell wall thickness and weld thickness and can save manufacturing and mounting cost.
