摘要
渤海油田铺设的海洋管道多达1 600km,为了预防失效和漏油事故的发生,有必要引入能普遍应用的风险评价体系。基于各根海洋管道的资料详尽程度的不同,建立了一个包含定性﹑半定量和定量方法的风险评价模块,其中定量评价有4种方案,既能全面评价,也能重点评估各根海洋管道。评价时确定风险评价方案的主要依据在于该管道的内外检测资料是否充分。给出了定量风险评价两种方案的实例,并基于风险评价结果提出了海洋管道日常维护措施的建议。整个评价过程通过Matlab和C#混合编程实现,具有交互式界面。
A risk assessment module including the qualitative,the semi-quantitative and the quantitative assessment methods was established for 1600km-long marine pipelines in Bohai oilfield,in which,the quantitative risks assessment method has four schemes so as to have every marine pipeline assessed comprehensively or individually based on the prepared inspection documents. The two examples concerning the quantitative risk assessment were presented,including the suggestions for marine pipeline's routine maintenance. The whole assessment process programmed with Matlab and C# has interactive interface.
