某市不同性质医疗机构依法执业情况调查与分析

目的研究不同性质医疗机构违法执业归因,为卫生行政管理探索合理对策和建议。方法普查太原市登记注册的医疗机构,数据统一编码,建立Epidata数据库,采用SPSS13.0进行统计分析。结果营利性与非营利性医疗机构各违法情形比较,违法发布医疗广告、使用非卫生技术人员两方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);未按规定处置医疗废物上差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);总体上营利性医疗机构违法行为与非营利性医疗机构比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论营利性医疗机构违法行为发生率明显高于非营利性医疗机构;医疗市场不断出现一些新的违法方式,而法律法规没有得到及时的修订,相对滞后。

Objectives To study on the attribution of illegal operation in medical institutions with different properties and provide reasonable plans and suggestions for health administrative management.Methods To unified coding and create an Epidata database with a general survey in the registered medical institutions in Taiyuan and make a statistical analysis with SPSS13.0.Compared the illegal situation of profit medical institutions and non-prof- it medical institutions, the difference of illegal release medical advertisements and employing non-medical techni- cal persons had statistical significance（P〈O.05）,the difference of irregular disposal medical waste had statistical sig- nificance（P〈0.01）.Generally the difference of illegal operation between profit medical institutions and non-profit med- ical institutions had statistical significance（P〈0.O1）.Conclusions The percentage of illegal operation in profit medi- cal institutions was obviously higher than in non-profit medical institutions. New illegal activities have continued to arise ,but laws and regulations have not been revised in time, relatively lagging behind.
