The blood transfusion is an important means of treatment and saving lives in modern medicine. Blood safety has been gaining the attention of the nation and people. Organizing others to illegally sell blood and other illegal acts seriously interfere with the order of the blood collection, setting blood safety to a huge risk. This review explored the role of health inspection and supervision agency against organizing others to sell blood and other illegal acts, to further strengthen the supervision of the illegal acts, purify blood collection prac- tice environment, and protect the public health and blood safety .
