医疗废物流失的原因分析和监管对策

医疗废物流失的重大案件在全国各地时有发生,因其可能存在传染性病菌、病毒、化学污染物及放射性等有害物质,其非法回收、生产加工的过程以及生产的成品都具有极大的危险性。作者通过对医疗废物流失的原因进行分析,并提出以下监管对策:(1)完善法规,突出对医疗废物流失监管的内容。(2)督促医院认真履行对医疗废物的监管职责。(3)加强对基层医疗机构医疗废物的监督。(4)卫生、环保部门合作,建立医疗废物管理信息交流的渠道。

Significant cases of medical waste loss have occurred in our country now and then. Medical waste illegal recycling, producted process and finished products have a great danger because it possibly keeped some infectious bacteria, virus, chemical substances ,radioactive damage and so on. In this paper, the causes of medical waste loss are analyzed, and puts forward the regulation measures： Firstly, perfecting rules and regula- tions, the supevision contents of medical waste loss should be added. Secondly, asking the hospital conscientiously fulfill regulatory duties of medical waste loss. Thirdly, strengthening the supervision of medical waste in basic lev- el medical institutions. Fourthly, health, environmental protection departments should establish cooperation and find communication channel about medical waste management.
