自制粉状培养基研究

SELF-MADE POWDERED MEDIA

用固体粉状化学元素取代MS培养基中的母液 ,制作培养基。结果表明 ,自制粉状培养基M3,是比较简易而实用的马铃薯脱毒组培苗的培养基 ;且适应不同品种的生长 ,苗生长健壮 。

A solid powdered chemical element was used to replace the mother liquid of the MS medium.A self-made powdered medium,designated as M3,proved to be simple and convenient to make and gave satisfactory results in virus-free potato plantet production.Various potato varieties grew well on the medium and the plants on it were vigorous and dark-green in leaf colour.
