用白魔芋的 5种营养器官作外植体在 11种培养基上进行组织培养。M6培养基适于侧芽生长和皮下组织诱导愈伤 ;M9培养基适于主芽生长和基部组织诱导愈伤 ;M2培养基适于皮上芽苞组织分化生长 ;
Five vegetative organs were used as explants and cultured on 11 different media.Media M6 and M9 were suitable for the growth of side-buds and callus induction from the subcutaneous tissue and for the growth of the main buds and callus induction from the basilar tissue,respectively.Medium M2 was suitable for the differentiation and growth of budlets,which appeared to be the best inoculant material.
