2010—2012年新疆兵团人间布鲁氏菌病常规监测及监测点监测结果分析 被引量:4

Analysis of routine monitoring and surveillance of human brucellosis in surveillance areas of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, 2010—2012

摘要 目的分析新疆生产建设兵团(简称兵团)布鲁氏菌病监测点人间布鲁氏菌病疫情分布,为制定防治策略与措施提供参考数据和科学依据。方法收集并整理2010─2012年中国疾病预防控制信息系统中上报的兵团人间布鲁氏菌病病例数及血清学监测数据,采用统计描述和推断的方法对二者进行分析。结果 2010─2012年兵团网络直报布鲁氏菌病发病率分别为4.74/10万、6.57/10万和12.16/10万,呈逐年上升趋势;监测区域血清学检测人数、阳性例数和阳性率分别为2 506人、131例、5.23%;2 670人、60例、2.25%和5 748人、98例、1.70%;监测区域中血清学阳性率较高地区,其报告发病率也高,两者存在相关性(r=0.88,P<0.01)。结论新疆兵团布鲁氏菌病疫情处于上升期,开展监测对掌握疫情动态、及时发现和处理疫情、评价防治效果和培养、锻炼布鲁氏菌病防治队伍有着十分重要的意义;应以监测点为基础,联合农业部门开展疫情处置、患者治疗管理、高危人群干预等综合性防控工作,推动新疆兵团布鲁氏菌病监测和防治工作的全面开展。 Objectives To provide reference data and scientific basis for formulating control strategies and measures of hu- man brucellosis by way of analyzing routine monitoring and surveillance results of human brucellosis in monitoring areas of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. Methods Data of reported cases with human brucellosis and serological monitoring,~data of brucellosis cases in relevant sites from China Information System of Disease Prevention and Control from 2010 to 2012 were collected and analyzed with descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. Results From 2010 to 2012, incidence of brucellosis of direct network report for the Corps was 4.74/l 00 000, 12.16/100 000 and 6.57/100 000, respective- ly, displaying elevation trend year by year. Numbers of people with serological detection and positive cases were 2 506/131 cases, 2 670/60 cases, and 5 748/98 cases, with the positive rate of 5.23%, 2.25% and 1.70%, respectively. The reported inci- dence was high in the areas with high positive rate of serology. There was correlation between them (r=0.88, P〈0.01). Con- ' clusions Epidemic situation of brucellosis is still in rising period in Xinjiang Corps. It is of very importance to develop bru- cellosis surveillance for control of brucellosis in dynamic, timely detection and treatment on the epidemic, evaluation on ef- fect of prevention, training team of brucellosis prevention and control. It should be based on the monitoring sites, in combina tion with agricultural departments to carry out a comprehensive prevention and control such as epidemic disposal, manage- ment of treatment on patients, intervention in high-risk groups, etc, to promote brucellosis surveillance and control in an all-round way in Xinjiang Corps.
