摘要
液态冷却系统的性能直接影响雷达战技指标的可靠性,流道腐蚀是液态冷却系统中经常发生且难以解决的技术问题。文中从金属腐蚀的基本机理、影响金属腐蚀的主要因素、金属防腐蚀的主要方法 3个方面介绍流道防腐蚀技术的研究现状,并列举了相关技术在雷达液态冷却系统上的应用。最后简单介绍了冷却系统中冷却液的成份及配比对冷却系统性能的影响。
The performance of liquid cooling system directly affects the reliability of radar tactical and techni- cal indexes. The corrosion of flow channels is frequently occurred and is difficult to solve. The mechanism and influence factors of metal corrosion and some corrosion resistance techniques are introduced to describe the re- search status of flow channel corrosion resistance, and then some corrosion resistance applications in radar cooling system are listed. Finally, the effects of ingredient and proportion of coolant on the performance of the cooling system are briefly described.
