摘要
因在情报探测领域的独特优势,技术先进国家现已开展了太阳能飞机的研究。因为平台的特殊性,太阳能飞机探测系统在研制中面临着一系列技术变革和技术壁垒的突破,一体化结构热设计技术就是其中一项极为关键的技术变革。文中从太阳能飞机结构功能一体化设计出发,针对太阳能飞机的热控设计技术要求,提炼形成太阳能飞机探测系统一体化热设计技术概念,对一体化热设计中所涉及到的3个层次,即一体化热设计布局、一体化热设计的关键技术、一体化热设计的发展趋势及面临的问题,进行简要的阐述,就一体化热设计技术的研究方向和发展应用方向提出了建议。
Solar-powered airplane has been developed in many developed countries due to its advantages in detection domain. There are a series of technical innovations and difficulties to overcome in development of the solar-powered airplane. The integration thermal design technology is one of these innovations. Based on inte- gration structure-function design technology and the corresponding requirements, the integration thermal design concept on solar-powered airplane is put forward. In this paper the layout, the key technology, the develop- ment trend and problems of integration thermal design are discussed briefly. And some suggestions are given on development and application of the integration thermal design technology.
