摘要
文中结合某大型重载高精度相控阵雷达天线座的研发,探讨了其关键的支承结构形式、组成和各部分的设计问题。对其中大型支承结构件支臂和转台应用拓扑优化技术来提高结构刚度,并采用有限元软件ANSYS对天线座整体结构进行建模和仿真分析。结果表明,天线座结构刚强度满足设计要求。文中的设计、优化和仿真分析方法可为类似的结构设计提供参考。
Key problems in the research of a large-scale heavy-duty high-precision phased array radar such as bearing structure type, system components constitution and components detailed design are discussed in this article. Structural topology optimization technique is used to enhance the structure stiffness during the design of large-scale bearing beam and azimuth pedestal. Antenna pedestal system modeling and simulation are carried out using FEA software ANSYS. Results show that the stiffness and strength of the antenna pedestal can satisfy the design requirement. The design, optimization and simulation method used in this article can provide refer- ence for similar structure design.
