CCNG2在鼻咽癌中的表达及其临床意义

Expression of CCNG2 in Nasopharyngeal Cancer and Its Significance

[目的]探讨细胞周期蛋白G2(CCNG2)在鼻咽癌中的表达及其意义。[方法]采用免疫组织化学方法、Western Blot检测87例鼻咽癌组织和34例正常鼻咽组织中CCNG2蛋白的表达情况。[结果]免疫组织化学结果表明,CCNG2蛋白在鼻咽癌组织及正常鼻咽组织中的表达阳性率分别为37.9%、91.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Western Blot结果表明,CCNG2的蛋白在鼻咽癌组织的相对表达量较正常鼻咽组织明显降低,差异亦具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CCNG2蛋白表达与鼻咽癌T分期、临床分期及分化程度有关(P<0.05)。[结论]鼻咽癌组织中CCNG2蛋白表达明显减低,且与鼻咽癌T分期、临床分期及肿瘤分化有关。

[Purpose ] To investigate the expression of Cyclin G2（CCNG2） in nasopharyngeal car- cinoma and its clinical significance. [Methods] Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot assays were used to analyze CCNG2 protein expression in 87 samples of nasopharyngeal cancer tissue and 34 samples of normal nasopharyngeal tissue. [Results] The positive rate of CCNG2 protein expression was significantly lower in nasopharyngeal cancer tissues than that in normal tissues （P〈0.05）. The relative amount of CCNG2 protein in nasopharyngeal cancer tissues was signifi- cantly lower than that in normal tissues （P〈0.05）. The expression of CCNG2 protein correlated to T stage,clinic stage and histological grade （P〈0.05）. [Conclusionl CCNG2 expression is low in nasopharyngeal cancer and correlates to T stage, clinic stage and histological grade.
