摘要
使用Inventor软件建立光机底座三维实体模型,并利用有限元分析模块对零件进行了模态分析得到光机底座的各阶振型和固有频率。通过分析得到的固有频率与设备所受激振频率接近,通过优化底座设计,改变了零件的固有频率。
A Three-dimensional entity model of optical-mechanical base is built with the Inventor software, and model analysis is carried out by using the finite element analysis module existing in the Inventor. Mode of varies order of optical-mechanical base and its natural frequency of longitudinal vibration are obtained. Shape design and dynamics analysis are integrated in the Inventor software, and thus the design of Optical-mechanical base is simplified.
