摘要
以南京地铁三号线滨江路站~五塘村站矿山法区间为例,采用有限元结构分析软件,取最不利荷载组合,分析了隧道复合式衬砌结构的受力特征。结果表明,通过对隧道仰拱结构断面尺寸进行优化,即隧道边墙到仰拱顺接过度部分宜采用较小半径圆弧设计,可满足最不利水头下结构受力要求,以避免仰拱二衬受高水头作用而隆起的风险,且增加费用不大。
Studies of the performance of the tunnel lining structures under high water pressure is important to the optimization design of tunnel supporting structures. This paper presents a case history of the tunnel supporting study between stations Bingjiang Road and Wutang Village, Nanjing No. 3 Metro Line. The performance of the composite lining structure has numeri- cally studied under the most unfavorable loading conditions. The results indicate that the cross section o[ the lining structure can be optimized. From the side wall to the top of the arch should be connected with circular arch with small radius so that the water pressures on the tunnel can be optimized. The small radius design also avoids the potential heave of the composite lining structure under the high water pressures. The resultant cost is not significant.
