摘要
BIM技术作为多维模型的建筑信息集成平台,集成了建筑物自设计到运营维护全生命周期的各种工程信息,在建筑物的设计、建造和运营维护阶段,有效利用BIM模型进行全生命周期的成本管理,对于工程的各参与主体具有重要的应用价值。
BIM technology as a building information platform of multidimensional model, it integrates a variety of engineering information of the whole building lifecyele from design to operation and maintenance. Effective use of BIM model in building design, construction, operation and maintenance phases to manage the full lifecycle cost has an important application value for the project participating subjects.
