摘要
由于复合材料耦合作用及结构中材料的不连续,复合材料整体化壁板在面内拉伸和剪切载荷作用下会发生面外的变形,从而影响壁板面内变形的测试。采用数值分析和试验的方法研究了三种复合材料整体化壁板的刚度,建立整体化壁板面内刚度测试方法,提出了壁板描述面内变形的表征参数。结果表明:三种壁板中带筋条的壁板剪切刚度最大,普通的层压板拉伸刚度最大。
It is difficult to measure the distortion of surface because of composite coupling and material disconti nuity in composite structures. The rigidity of three integral composite panels were researched by experiments and analysis. The test method of integral composite panel was foundedAn important characterization parameter about the distortion of panel was proposed. The result indicates that the panel with stiffener has the strongest shear rigidity and the ordinary laminate has the strongest tension rigidity.
