安塞特低渗油田微生物驱油室内研究及先导试验 被引量:7

摘要 在室内对拟用微生物菌液开展了从油砂中脱油能力、改变岩石表面润湿性和原油性质研究,并用驱油实验研究了注入参数和驱油效果。研究表明脱油效率较高的菌液浓度是3%~5%,微生物改变岩石润湿能力比水快17%~28%,菌液驱的毛管阻力下降程度远比水驱时大,岩石变为亲水时,菌液驱时水指进减缓。提高采收率较佳的注入量是(0.3~0.45)PV。现场微生物驱实施后试验区已累计增产原油526.44t。室内和现场试验表明安塞特低渗油田适合于微生物提高采收率。 The oil removing capacity and the ability to change the wettability of rock surface and oil composition in laboratory was evaluated. In addition the injection parameters and oil displacement effect has also been studied. Experiments show that the higher de-oiling efficiency of microbial concentration is 3%~ 5%. The capacity to change wettability of rock surface of microbe is 17% - 28% larger than that of water. The better injection to improve oil recovery is 0. 3 ~ 0. 45 PV. In this test block the production of crude oil has been increased for 526. 44 t. Laboratory evaluation and field test show that An sai ultra-low permeable oilfield is suitable for microbial enhanced oil recovery.
