摘要
根据国内某稠油油田笼统注汽开采多年的生产数据,对此油田生产井的生产动态进行了模拟计算,得到该油田注采井产油的基本生产规律及动用情况。结合测井数据与数值计算结果,分析了该油田蒸汽吞吐后期存在的主要问题,即油层层间动用不均、底层油层动用较差。针对上述问题,提出了蒸汽吞吐后期注汽井分层注汽的方案。据此优化设计方案进行了现场验证,通过对比证明了分层注汽、在注汽过程中加快底层注汽速度方案的有效性与可行性。通过研究增加了生产井蒸汽吞吐采油的轮次,延迟了蒸汽驱采油的启动时机,为国内相似油田的开采提供了借鉴。
Based on the production data of a domestic heavy oil reservoir and the production of dynamic and rules that was produced for many years, the production rules and the utilization of heavy oil reservoir are simulated. Combined with well logging data and numerical results, the main problems of the oilfield in the late stage of cyclic steam stimulation is analyzed, that was the oil layers and the underlying reservoir was poor used. To cure the above problems, optimization schemes of separate layer steam injection at late stage of huff and puff are presented. By comparing crude production rate between production measures and the last production cycle, the project was proved to be effective and feasible ,which increased the periods of huff and puff and postponed the time of huff and puff converted to steam drive that was to provide reference and reference for the domestic similar heavv oil reservoir.
