摘要
流经起落架的流场非常复杂,并会产生强烈的噪声。以某飞机前起落架1/6缩比模型为研究对象进行气动噪声试验,通过在扭力臂处安装翼形整流罩和防扭支架处安装圆台形整流罩的被动方法降低起落架噪声。试验采用粒子图像测速仪(PIV)对起落架不同特征截面的的流场进行观测,探究起落架降噪的机理。试验结果表明,安装整流罩可以改善起落架周围的流场,降低起落架的高频噪声;安装整流罩后,起落架的特征尺寸长度变大,导致中低频噪声增幅明显。试验结果可以用于指导起落架降噪和外形优化,并可作为进一步探索实用的起落架降噪方法的基础。
The flow pasts the landing gear is very complex and results in intense acoustics tones. The investiga tion is carried conical fairing (PIV) in the e out using a 1/6 scale model nose landing gear. A wing fairing is installed in the torque link and a is installed in the antitwisting frame to reduce the noise. Adopting the Particle Image Velocimetry xperiment to visualize the flow around the landing gear. The fairings improve the flow field, reducing the highfrequency noise. In contrary, the fairings increase the feature length of landing gear that induce the low frequency noise more intense. The finding is useful for improving the landing gear design to reduce the noise.
