摘要
为了提高墨西哥柏扦插成活率,以两年生嫩枝插穗为试验材料进行扦插试验。采用不同浓度的IBA、NAA及ABT生根粉浸泡插穗,以清水作对照,并分别在河沙、草炭土、珍珠岩及混合土(草炭土∶珍珠岩为1∶2)等基质上进行扦插。试验表明:以IBA吲哚乙酸300 mg/L浸泡插穗6 h效果最佳,生根率达到65%以上;珍珠岩插壤比其它基质扦插效果要好。秋季移植,珍珠岩扦插苗翌年移植成活率高达95.4%,当年新梢生长量5.7 cm。
In order to improve Cupressus lusitanica cutting survival in Nanjing region, useing Cupressus lusitani ca two years old softwood cutting cuttage experimet were engaged. The cuttings were soaked different concentration of rooting agent including IBA, NAA and ABT were inserted four nutrition substrate respectively which are river sand,peat soil,perlite and composite soil( peat soil:perlite is 1:2) with contrast to the one made in water. The re suits showed that among different rooting agents, the soaking cutting with 300 mg/LIBA for about 6 hours could get the best result, the rooting rate reach to above 65% ;The effect of cutting in perlite is better than other sub strates. Transplantation in autumn, the survival rate of transplanting seedlings which cuttings in perlite reach 95.4% in the second year, which shoot growth can reach 5.7 cm.
