摘要
立筒仓环境振动试验具有简单方便和花费少等优点。以舟山省级直属中转储备粮库为工程背景,介绍了粮库单仓模型的环境振动试验。采用频域峰值拾取法和时域改进的数据驱动随机子空间方法识别,得到了单仓模型的基准动力特性;并与三维有限元模型计算结果进行了比较,二者吻合良好。结果表明,环境振动测试足以识别出单仓模型感兴趣的主要模态,结果可作为单仓有限元模型修正、粮库立筒仓环境振动测试、损伤识别、使用状态评估和健康检测的基础。
Silo ambient vibration test has advantages of being sample, fast and cheap. A full ambient vibration test of a silo model of Zhoushan transit grain storage directly under the provincial level was carried out. The dynam ic properties of the silo model were identified by using the peakpicking method in frequency domain and Improved Datadriven Stochastic Subspace method in time domain. The experimental results agree well with those obtained from threedimensional finite element model analysis. It is demonstrated that the ambient vibration test is sufficient to identify the most significant modes of the in the finite element model updating of the silo model. The identified dynamic silo model, ambient vibration test, ment and health monitoring of the grain storage silos.
