摘要
在有高原气候代表性的拉萨市郊 ,试验栽培 6个金针菇菌株对西藏地区特殊气候条件的适应性 ,筛选适合当地推广生产的品系。结果显示Fv - 1,Fv - 2和Fv- 8的生物效率和菇形能够满足要求 ,其中Fv - 1和Fv -2的采收期较长 ,而Fv - 8的产量集中在头两潮。
We introduced six Flemmulinu velutipes strains from Guang Dong Institute of Microbiology.And we also studied the effects of plateau climate on Flemmulina velutipes growing through cultivating tests,in order to select suitable strains in local production.The result showed that Fv-1,Fv-2 and Fv-8 were needed strains consider to their fruit body yield and quality.
