摘要
白阿魏蘑Pleurotusnebrodensis (Inz.)Qu啨l是一种优质食用菌 ,其子实体洁白如玉 ,味如鲍鱼 ,质地细腻 ,久煮不烂 ,食之脆嫩可口。人工栽培白阿魏蘑 ,可用棉籽壳作主料 ,加玉米粉、石膏等辅料 ,用 17cm×34cm× 0 0 4cm的塑料袋 ,采取直接熟料栽培或先发酵后熟料栽培。在 2 5℃的条件下 ,菌丝 30~ 40d长满袋 ,8~15℃出菇最适。出菇后在温度 8~ 2 0℃ ,温度 85 %~ 95 % ,空气新鲜和散射光照的条件下 ,子实体可正常生长。生物学效率可达 5 0 %~ 85 %。
Pleurotus nebrodensis(Inz.)Quél is a kind of high quality edible fungus,which has pure white and tasty fruit body.Pleurotus nebrodensis can be cultivated by using cottonseed hull as main material,cornmeal and gypsum as subsidiary material.Before cultivation,the material should be prepared to be fired refractory material or to be fired refractory material after fermentation.The size of plastic bag for cultivation is 17cm×34cm×0 04cm.In 25℃,hypha can grow full of the plastic bag by 30~40 days.8~15℃ is best for fruiting.In 8~20℃,air humidity 85%~90%,fresh air and scattering illumination,the fruit body can grow normally.Biological efficiency can be 50%~80%.
