摘要
本文研究了MgSO4 、KH2 PO4 二种无机物与香菇Cr- 0 2液体发酵生长量的关系。结果证明 :在 2 7℃摇床转速为 134r/min的培养条件下 ,MgSO4 浓度 0 0 5 % ,KH2 PO4 浓度为 0 10 % ,发酵 96h香菇生长量最大 ,发酵液透光率T在 6 30nm波长时达 135 8% ,其湿菌体产量32 6g/ 10 0mL ,发酵液由深褐色变成黄色、粘度大、透明 。
In this paper we study the relationship between MgSO 4,KH 2PO 4 and biomass of shiitake.The results reveal that the biomass of shiitake is the largest after fermented for 96h on condition that the temperature is at 27℃,the shaker rotation speed is at 134 r/mim,the concentration of MgSO 4 is 0 05%,that of KH 2PO 4 is 0 01%.The transmittance of the fermentation solution is 135 8%.When the wavelengh is 630nm and the yield of wet somatic is 32 6g/100mL,the fermentation solution turns light yellow,which is transparent,the body of mycelium pellet is a bit large and the number of mycelium pellet is a bit large too.
