三种试验检测东方田鼠抗日本血吸虫抗体的分析

摘要 应用薄膜尾蚴抗原片的免疫酶染色试验 (IEST)、可溶性尾蚴抗原的 EL ISA(SCA- EL ISA)和可溶性成虫抗原的 EL ISA(SAA- EL ISA)对人工繁育东方田鼠的抗日本血吸虫抗体进行检测。结果显示 :阳性检出率高低依次为 :SCA - EL ISA(71.6 % ,48/ 6 7)、IEST(71.4% ,5 0 / 70 )和 SAA - EL ISA(6 8.7% ,46 / 6 7)。三种试验的阳性率无显著性差异 (χ2 =0 .180 ,P>0 .0 5 )。IEST与 SCA- EL ISA、IEST与 SAA- EL ISA及 SCA- EL ISA与 SAA- EL ISA的总符合率分别为 91.2 % (6 2 / 6 8)、86 .6 % (5 8/ 6 7)和 89.2 % (5 8/ 6 5 )。卡方配对检验结果表明 ,三种试验中任何两种方法的检查结果相比一致。 Immuno-enzyme staining test (IEST) using PVC slide with cercaria, ELISA using soluble cercaria antigen (SCA-ELISA) and soluble adult worm antigen (SAA-ELISA) were applied to detect anti-Schistosoma japonica antibodies in laboratory breeding Microtus fortis. Positive rate was 71.6 (48/67) by SCA-ELISA, 71.4(50/70) by IEST and 68.7%(46/67) by SCA-ELISA, respectively. No significant statistical difference was found among these positive rates (χ2=0.180,P>0.05). The total agreement was 91.2% (62/68) between IEST and SCA-ELISA, 86.6%(58/67) between IEST and SAA-ELISA and 89.2%(58/65) between SCA-ELISA and SAA-ELISA. Statistical analysis showed that detection results by 2 methods of three tests were consistent.
