有轨电车线网编制方法探讨

通过介绍有轨电车的特点,说明其适用于大城市新区及中等规模城市。综合国内外对有轨电车线网规划编制的研究成果,发现其编制方法仍然沿用地铁线网规划的方法,缺乏针对性及差异性;编制的具体内容侧重于铺轨网,缺乏对运营组织网的研究。归纳总结法国斯特拉斯堡的成功案例,认为其有轨电车线网在公共交通系统中扮演重要角色,可以充分发挥轨道交通的运能,吸引大量客流。之后,明确提出有轨电车线网编制必须包含的主要内容及重点,线网编制的研究重点为顶层目标设计,结合土地投融资引导城市发展,协调与地铁大运量系统的关系,充分利用轨道发挥运能等。最后,结合深圳市发展有轨电车的实践经验进行实证分析,为我国有轨电车的线网编制提供参考。

The tram is applicable for new districts in large and medium - sized cities in terms of its characteristics. The research on tramway network planning at home and abroad was summarized. The preparation method for subway network planning was still used in tramway planning, which lack of specific guidance and differences. The specific planning content was focused on the preparation of laying network. Research on operation network is rare. The successful experience of Strasbourg tramway line network was summarized, which played an important role in the public transport system. The main contents and methods of preparation were presented clearly, including tramway network, network research focusing on the top - level design, and urban/and development financing, coordinating relations with the subway system, full use of rail transport capacity and so on. An empirical study was conducted in accordance with the case of development of tramway in Shenzhen. It is expected to provide guidance for the preparation of the tramway network planning in China.
