责任自觉与成果共享:“妻管严”现象的一种解读

Women's Responsibility Consciousness and Its Benefit Sharing:An Interpretation of the "Mr.Henpecked" Phenomenon

在男女平等的社会条件下,女性的责任自觉与成果共享性引导男性甘愿接受女性的管理,形成融洽的"妻管严"夫妇关系。女性的责任自觉与成果共享性对低收入男性效用最大,对社会名流产生社会效应,对大男子主义的丈夫作用甚微。在女性的责任自觉与成果共享性基础之上的"妻管严"的夫妇关系反映女性对家庭建设的担当和对男性的关爱,反映丈夫对妻子的尊重和对妻子管理家庭的配合。

Abstract ： In a society of sexual equality, women＇s responsibility consciousness and its benefit sharing induce men to willingly accept women＇s management of the family, thus generating a harmonious man-wife relationship where the husband becomes a Mr. Henpecked. They are the most effective to low-income males and socially effective to celebrities, while of little effects on male chauvinist husbands. A man-wife relationship with a Mr. Henpecked, based on women＇s responsibility consciousness and its benefit sharing, mirrors both women＇s initiative in family development and their love to their husbands as well as the husbands＂ respect for the wives.
