An Exploration into the Linkage Mechanism between the Party Building and Employment of College Students

大学生党建工作是指高校党组织为完成培养中国特色社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人根本任务而开展的一系列党建活动和工作。大学生就业工作充分体现着高校完成培养可靠人才的根本任务的质量和成效,是大学生党建工作的着力点和最终目的。大学生党建与就业工作两者之间存在内在的联系性,可建立两者相辅相成的联动机制,高等院校及其相应工作人员应提高对这一问题的认识水平,积极构建传统及网络工作平台和有效的协调机制。最终,促进大学生党建工作发展和大学毕业生充分就业。

The Party building among college students refers to a series of activities conducted by the Party organizations in college in order to fulfill the fundamental mission of fostering competent constructors and reliable successors for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The employment of college students fully mirrors the quality and effect of the fundamental mission completed colleges, so it is the focus and destination of the Party building among college students. Because of the interrelationship between the two sides, a linkage mechanism is likely to be built, complementing each other. Such an issue is worth more concerns, and traditional and online working platform and effective coordinate mechanism should be constructed to promote the development of the Party building and full employment of college students.
